Note: The I.P addresses configured between the routers are in the format of 192.168.x.x/24 for routers.

In this setup, two routers have been configured with traffic policies such that Bandwidth reservation can be done. At Router R1, QoS policy for Bandwidth reservation has been configured for 100Mbps and rest 900Mbps has been left for general usage by the link.

Two Ethernet testers ET1 and ET2 have been configured at router R1 and R2 respectively.

At the Ethernet Testers, IP address 10.10.10.1 and 10.10.10.2 is configured with bandwidth of 1000Mbps.

When the traffic is sent from ET1 to ET2, at ET1, 1000Mbps traffic is generated but due to QoS policy at R1, ET2 tester receives only 100Mbps.
